Only SPOTTER's yes-or-no verdict is written on chain - your health data never is - and SPOTTER settles the pool on Base. Your stake comes back with a cut of the forfeited stakes, straight to your wallet. SPOTTER covers the gas and the proof-check. No human in the loop.
